Summary of this Role:

The Business Manager coordinates the business operations of Global Auto Inc. Automotive Repair Shop. The Business Manager will oversee such activities as Budget Preparation and Control, Human Resource Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract and Grant Accounting, Business Resources, Cashiering, and other Physical Shop Operations, etc.…

  • Strong marketing, sales, and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze company procedures to recommend improvements

  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
  • Working knowledge of various computer programs (experience with Google Apps for business, preferred but not required); Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant work experience or special certifications. At least 2 years’ experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role.
  • Experience managing Human Resource functions and benefits administration duties.
  • Proven experience with business and strategy development processes.
  • Excellent office administrative skills and prior experience successfully managing an office and staff.
  • Proven expertise in professional bookkeeping, reporting data, and financial skills.
  • Outstanding poise in a family owned business environment adhering to our customer needs.
  • Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development.
  • Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices.
  • Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
  • Coach Service Advisors on best practices for up selling and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance.
  • Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters.
  • Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required.
  • Compile regular reports for leadership management team to review.
  • Implementing recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Previous data analysis experience.
  • Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes.
  • Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair shop developments.
  • Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.

CURRENT POSITION AVAILABLE: Automotive Technician: Full-Time Sign On Bonus

$5000 sign-on bonus for technicians that consistently turn 55 wrench hours
$3000 sign-on bonus for technicians that consistently turn 50 wrench hours
$1500 sign-on bonus for technicians that consistently turn 45 wrench hours


**Payout structure of the sign on bonus will be discussed during the interview**

Global Auto Inc. is currently seeking Automotive Technicians to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, adjust, and repair automotive vehicles. You will have a steady flow of work and a Flat Rate per hour pay structure so you can give yourself a raise every single day, just by providing good quality work for our customers.

Cars and light trucks repairs:

Experienced Automotive Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose mechanical problems, recommend, and perform proper repairs
  • Oil changes
  • Fluid Exchange
  • Brakes
  • Tire rotation

Experienced Automotive Technician:

Automotive Diagnostics: 1 year (Preferred)

Mechanic: 1 year (Preferred)

License: Preferred

Skills:

  • Alignment

Qualifications:

  • Certification preferred*
  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
  • Work closely with the Service Manager
  • 1+ years of automotive diagnostics and repair work
  • Must have experience as a mechanic on all makes and models
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritize repairs based on customer needs and handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and detail-oriented
  • Customer Service experience beneficial

Must possess a valid driver's license and submit to a background check.

Our future Automotive Technician / Mechanic will also possess excellent time management skills, diagnostic and repair experience, technical aptitude, be a team player, and have a “can-do” attitude.
